14 day satisfaction guarantee

cashtech.uk offers a 14 days satisfaction guarantee on orders placed through cashtech.uk. If you are not completely satisfied with the device you bought you can return it to us in the original undamaged packaging within 14 days after receipt and we will refund the amount of the purchase. Before you return the device, please contact the cashtech.uk .eu helpdesk for an RMA number. Shipments without an RMA number will be refused. The shipment charges are on your own account. 14 days satisfaction guarantee not available for corporate customers.

All cashtech.uk products have a 12 month guarantee period.

Contact the cashtech.uk helpdesk for an RMA number. The forwarding charges are shared (you pay the charges for shipment to cashtech.uk and cashtech.uk pays the charges for the return).

Repair beyond the guarantee period (12 months)
Contact the cashtech.uk helpdesk for an RMA number. The costs of repair and the shipment charges are on your own account.

CE Certification

The CE marking certifies that all of cashtech.uks products have met EU consumer safety, health or environmental requirements. CE stands for Conformité Européenne, which means as much in line with European legislation.
